Installation conditions

 

If the sensor is installed at the environment temperature fall below 0℃,It should do well on the protective measures. In case of direct mounting of the sensor in a through hole using the steel nuts, it has to be fixed at the middle of the housing thread.

 

Sensor Function Description

 

Set and adjust the switching point and advance interval of the switching output and analog output products

Switching and analog output can be set using the tuning end, specifically, there are eight working modes that can be set.

Each of these Settings is divided into the following steps:

In the first step, the user selects a self-set distance or puts the sensor into the wave-loss state.

Second, connect the calibration terminal to the power supply or GND, and keep the connection until the yellow light blinks (or the red light blinks if the state is lost).

In the third step, the user selects the second self-set distance or allows the sensor to enter the wave loss state.

In the fourth step, connect the calibration terminal to the GND or power supply (different state from the second step), and keep the connection until the yellow light blinks (or the red light blinks in the case of wave loss).

 

There are 8 modes of switching output

1. Window normally open mode (analog output products for positive linear working mode or distance measurement mode).

2. Window normally closed mode (analog output product is negative linear operation mode or liquid level measurement mode).

3. Single point normally on mode.

4. Single-point normally closed mode.

5. Single point normally open interval mode with large hysteresis loop.

6. Single-point normally closed interval mode with large hysteresis loop.

7. Whether the normally open mode is detected.

8. Whether the normally closed mode is detected.

About RS485 output model products. Description of

There are three modes of operation,

1: Automatic measurement mode, the sensor continuously measures the liquid level and distance, and the user reads the measurement results through the 485 interface at any time.

2: The user does not initiate a 485 communication, the sensor will actively initiate a measurement and report the result.

3: Sleep mode, the product goes into sleep mode, the user first wakes up the sensor through the 485 interface, and then initiates a measurement and obtains the results before the sensor sleeps again.
