Adjusting the switching points and the analog output.

 

Switching output and analog output type sensor can be programmed according to user needs.

There are eight types of output functions can be programmed.

All teaching procedures are as follows,

In step 1 the relevant teaching conditions (or high-level voltage GND) teaching point. Step 2 selected from different (and different from step1) and different points of teaching conditions (with different step1). Routine must be completed during a blue LED flashes, otherwise the default value will be valid.

The ultrasonic sensor features a switch output with two teachable switching points. These are set by applying the supply voltage - UB or + UB to the TEACH-IN input. The supply voltage must be applied to the TEACH-IN input for at least 1 s. LEDs indicate whether the sensor has recognized the target during the TEACH-IN procedure. Switching point A1 is taught with - UB, A2 with +UB. Five different output functions can be set.

1, a single switching point, a gap having a hysteresis function normally open.

2, a single switching point having a hysteresis function normally closed gap.

3. The object presence detection - normally open function.

4. The presence of the detection object off opening function.

Sensor Commands
