Description

 

12mm fermentation fluorescence method dissolves oxygen sensor, adopts international leading fluorescence life technology, RS-485 output, supports MODBUS protocol. Compared with the traditional polarographic oxygen sensor, it has many technical advantages such as no preheating, no electrolyte, no oxygen consumption, no generation, high precision, anti-interference, maintenance-free, quick response, and more environmental protection. It is resistant to acid and alkali and can be sterilized at high temperature. It meets CIP disinfection standards and steam sterilization standards.

Measuring principle

 

The Fluorescence Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer is based on the quenching principle of the specific fluorescence of the specific substance in physics. The blue light from a light-emitting diode (LED) is irradiated onto the fluorescent material on the inner surface of the fluorescent cap, and the fluorescent material on the inner surface is excited to emit red light, and the phase difference between the red light and the blue light is detected, and the internal calibration is performed. The values are compared to calculate the concentration of oxygen molecules, and the final values are automatically compensated by temperature and pressure.
