This advanced intelligent water quality detector features a non-membrane constant voltage sensor for precise free chlorine measurement in solutions. Designed for continuous monitoring in various water treatment applications, it offers exceptional sensitivity, rapid response, and stable performance without requiring diaphragm or reagent replacement.

Instrument Installation

Host Installation

Install in a clean, dry, well-ventilated location without vibration or corrosive gases. The wall-mounted installation requires fixing screws to the wall according to the instrument's mounting hole positions.

Electrode Installation

The electrode must be installed in the constant flow device's electrode seat hole, ensuring continuous water flow keeps the electrode immersed. For temporary installations, preserve the protective liquid and rubber sheath.

Installation Method

Remove the electrode and carefully push out the rubber sleeve (avoid twisting to prevent damage)
Preserve the protective liquid and rubber sleeve if temporarily installing
Insert electrode into the constant flow device's hole (near water outlet)
Use thread seal tape for waterproofing before installation
Maintain constant flow rate (15-30 cm³/s recommended)

Note: The protective solution is slightly corrosive. Rinse skin immediately with water if contacted.
