Introducing the KQ6IMU100 - an inertial measurement module developed using MEMS technology. It is capable of measuring the angular velocity and acceleration information of the carrier in three different directions.

MEMS stands for Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems. It refers to micro-devices or systems that integrate various components such as micro-sensors, micro-actuators, micro-mechanical structures, micro-power and micro-energy, signal processing and control circuits, high-performance electronic integrated devices, interfaces and communications. MEMS is essentially an independent intelligent system that can be mass-produced, with a size of just a few millimeters or even smaller. Its internal structure is usually in the order of microns or nanometers.
