Explosion-Proof 6G Intelligent Radar Sensor Liquid Level Meter Measuring Instrument

The 6G radar level gauge is suitable for liquid, paste, granule, and block material level measurement using non-contact technology. It operates effectively in environments with significant temperature and pressure changes, including those with inert gases and volatile substances. Utilizing microwave pulse measurement within the industrial frequency band, this device features low beam energy and can be installed on various metal and non-metal containers or pipes without harm to humans or the environment.

Operation Principle

This product employs intelligent self-tuning echo tracking technology for non-contact measurement. It utilizes micro-fit waveguide design and ultra-wideband echo trace capture/emission energy regulation and control technology to ensure measurement stability and pulse conditioning. The antenna design features a total gain of 23dB with a half-power beamwidth of approximately 8.5°.
