Description

KTF turbine flow meter is the use of advanced low-power single-chip microprocessor technology developed turbine flow sensor and display totalizer integration of new smart meter, with a compact structure, intuitive readings clear, high reliability, without outside power interference, anti-lightning, obvious low cost advantage, it is widely used to measure the closed pipe and stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13 and corundum Al2O3, carbide not corrode, and no fibers, particles and other impurities, kinematic viscosity at operating temperature is less than 5 × 10-6m² / s of liquid, for kinematic viscosity more than 5 × 10-6m² / s of liquid, can be quantitative control, excessive alarm, etc., is an ideal flow metering and energy meter.
Measurement objects: oil, organic liquids, inorganic liquid, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, coal gas and cryogenic fluids.
The operation of the KTFG series Gas Turbine Meter is based on the measurement of the velocity of gas. The flowing gas is accelerated and conditioned by the meters straightening section. The straightening vanes prepare the gas flow profile by removing. undesired swirl, turbulence and asymmetry before the gas flows to the turbine wheel. The dynamic forces of the flowing fluid cause the rotor to rotate.
The turbine wheel is mounted on the main shaft, with special high precision, low friction ball bearings. The turbine wheel has helical blades that have a known angle relative to the gas flow. The conditioned and accelerated gas drives the turbine wheel with an angular velocity that is proportional with the gas velocity.
KTFG series gas turbine flow meter is widely used for measurement of natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas and light hydrocarbon gas, etc.
