Product Introduction
 
The fluorescence method dissolved oxygen measuring instrument is based on fluorescence quenching principle.The fluorescent material at the front of the sensor is a special platinum porphyrin compound with a polyester foil that allows gas molecules to pass through. The surface is coated with a black light-blocking material to avoid interference by sunlight and other fluorescent substances in the water.
When blue light hits the fluorescent material, the fluorescent material is excited and emits red light. Since oxygen molecules can carry away energy (quenching effect), the time and intensity of the excited red light are inversely proportional to the concentration of oxygen molecules.By measuring the phase difference between the excitation red light and the reference light and comparing with the internal calibration value, the concentration of oxygen molecules can be calculated.After linearization and temperature compensation, the final value is output.

Electrode installation

Do not put the electrode directly into the water. Instead, select the electrode mounting bracket or the flow cup for fixation.Before installation, please make sure to use the raw material belt (3/4 thread) to do waterproof sealing work, to avoid water entering into the electrode and causing short circuit of the electrode cable.

During water outage, make sure that the electrode is immersed in the tested liquid or wear the protective cap with the protective liquid inside. If the temperature is low and the water is stopped for a long time in winter, add antifreeze device or take back the room to add water and store.Otherwise, the service life will be shortened.
