Production Introduction
The optical method is often used to measure the turbidity of liquid by comparing with the standard turbidity.The turbidimeter uses the principle of 90° scattered light to accurately measure the turbidimetric value of the tested sample compared with the standard Turbidimetric solution of Formazin.
With its unique software function, the scattered light turbidimeter ensures the accuracy and reliable stability of the instrument.It is widely used in the determination of liquid turbidity in industrial and mining, medical treatment, environmental protection, food, brewing, textile, chemical and other departments.
The ratio of scattered light to transmitted light is taken to measure the turbidity of liquid.The tungsten lamp as light source, light through the lens and color filter, all the way through the measured turbidity liquid transmission to cell 1 received, the other all the way through the liquid 2 receive 90 °scattering to the cell, acoustic signal by the op-amp signal processing after A/D conversion, data processing by single chip microcomputer, through the keyboard control measurement showed that the liquid turbidity value and print output.
Measuring principle
TSS turbidity/suspended matter concentration meter work principle as shown in figure 1-1, sensor transmitter to send the red outside light in transit after being measured the absorption and scattering of content, part of the scattering light to 135°direction of detector, part of the scattering light detector to 90°direction.The light intensity in the direction of 135°and 90°is related to the turbidity of the measured sewage to a certain extent, and the TURBidity of TSS is precisely based on this principle for measurement.

Calibration
The standard turbidity liquid of 20NTU, 100NTU, 200NTU and 400NTU has been preliminarily calibrated before the delivery of the scattered light turbidimeter,to adjust the multi-section gain and store in EPROM. After the delivery of the turbidimeter, according to the turbidity liquid measured, the standard turbidity liquid is appropriately selected for accurate calibration:
(1) Sample <20NTU: 20NTU standard turbidity solution was selected;
(2) 20NTU< sample <100NTU: 100NUT standard turbidity solution was selected;
(3) 100NTU< sample under test <200NTU: 200NTU standard turbidity solution was selected;
(4) 200NTU< sample under test <400NTU: 400NTU standard turbidity solution was selected.
