The Dwyer DM-1103 is a high-precision digital differential pressure gauge designed for measuring air and non-combustible gas pressures, replacing traditional analog Magnehelic® gauges with enhanced functionality. With a pressure range of 0-0.25" w.c. and ±1% FS accuracy (±2% for ranges ≤1" w.c.), it features a 4-digit LCD display for real-time readings in multiple units. The gauge supports field programming for pressure, air velocity, or flow modes and includes a filter maintenance alert (display blinking) when set thresholds are reached, making it ideal for critical environment monitoring.

• Accuracy & Stability: ±1% FS accuracy (at 32-122°F/0-50°C), ±2% for ultra-low ranges (≤1" w.c.). ±1% FS/year long-term stability with thermal compensation (±0.10% FS/°F for ≤1" w.c. ranges).
• Display & Units: 4-digit LCD (0.60"H digits) with selectable update intervals (1 sec-10 min) or manual update. Engineering units: in w.c., psi, kPa, mBar, mm Hg, etc., eliminating manual conversions.
• Power & Versatility: 9V battery (150 hours @1 sec update) or 9-24 VDC external power (battery acts as backup). Field-programmable for pressure, velocity, or flow (requires K-factor input for flow mode).
• Alert & Safety Features: Filter clogging alert (display blinking) at user-set thresholds. NEMA 4X (IP66) enclosure for dust/water protection in harsh environments.
