    Introduction

     

    KUF2000 series ultrasonic flow meter usually is used in long-term measurement at field. It has three types of sensor to measure the pipe flow: clamp on type, insertion type and inline pipe type.

    Inline pipe type: Suitable for pipe DN15-6000mm, DN15-32 pipes uses π shape inline pipe sensor, DN40 and above uses standard inline pipe sensor. The measuring range of Standard inline type ultrasonic flow meter is DN40mm~DN1000mm, with high protection class of IP68, measuring fluid temperature of -30℃~160℃, pressure range of 0~2.5Mpa, high accuracy within ±0.5%.

     

    Insertion type: Only two installation holes are needed on the pipe, user can install the insertion type sensors. By using the hole making tool, the no stop flow installation can be realized. Sensors contact to the fluid directly, the measurement is stable and reliable.

    Clamp on type: The sensors clamp on to the outside of pipes and do not come in contact with the internal liquid. And all the models can become energy meters when connecting to temperature sensors. KUF2000 Series Clamp On Ultrasonic Flowmeter is easy for installation, no need to cut off the pipe and water, no press loss. It support measuring online long-term. Wide range of liquid flow can be measured with the sensor clamped on the pipe.
