Introduction
Electromagnetic flowmeter is an instrument developed on the basis of Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When the electromagnetic flowmeter measures the volume flow of liquid, it runs the excitation circuit to excite the coil to generate a magnetic field. When the conducting liquid to be measured moves through the magnetic field to cut the magnetic inductance line, the induced electromotive force is generated perpendicular to the liquid velocity direction and the magnetic field magnetic inductance line. The induced electromotive force is collected by the induction electrode and transmitted to the converter. Because the electromagnetic flowmeter mainly relies on the induction electrode in the measurement, the anti-interference requirement of the induction electrode and the converter is very high. In the process of using electromagnetic flowmeter, it is necessary to avoid or reduce the influence of interference.
KUF2000 series ultrasonic flowmeters have three types of sensors to measure the flow rate of the pipeline (clip, insert, embedded) pipeline. Often used for long-term measurement, plus temperature sensor, can measure temperature, can use SD card to save a lot of data.
Insertion type: Only two installation holes are needed on the pipe, user can install the insertion type sensors. By using the hole making tool, the no stop flow installation can be realized. Sensors contact to the fluid directly, the measurement is stable and reliable.
Clamp on type: The sensors clamp on to the outside of pipes and do not come in contact with the internal liquid. And all the models can become energy meters when connecting to temperature sensors. KUF2000 Series Clamp On Ultrasonic Flowmeter is easy for installation, no need to cut off the pipe and water, no press loss. It support measuring online long-term. Wide range of liquid flow can be measured with the sensor clamped on the pipe.
Inline pipe type: DN15-32mm pipes uses π shape inline pipe sensor, DN40 and above uses standard inline pipe sensor. The inline sensors has the advantages of low starting flow rate, high measurement accuracy and no pressure loss.
