External clip type or pipe section type ultrasonic flow meter is based on the principle of "velocity difference method", measuring the liquid flow in the pipe. It adopts advanced multi-pulse technology, digital signal processing technology and error correction technology, so that the flow meter can adapt to the environment of the industrial site, more convenient, economic, accurate measurement. Ultrasonic flowmeter has been widely used in sewage treatment, tap water, pumping station, power station, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other fields.
The KUF2000 series ultrasonic flowmeter is used for long-term field measurements. It has three different types of sensors to measure pipeline flow. They are: clip type, insert type and insert type. The sensor comes with a temperature sensor that compensates for flow while also measuring heat, with an optional SD card to save data.
Pipe section type ultrasonic flowmeter: need to open the pipeline installation, starting flow is small, high measurement accuracy, no pressure loss.
External clamp-type ultrasonic flowmeter: sensor outside the pipeline, not contact with the internal liquid, installation does not damage the pipeline, support long-term online measurement.
Insert type ultrasonic flowmeter: the pipe needs to open the installation hole, the sensor and the fluid direct contact, stable and reliable measurement.
