The acquired data related to attitude angle and angular rate deviation undergo a precise estimation and correction process, facilitated by the implementation of the Kalman filter algorithm. Introduction

 

The ROB100 series tilt sensor, engineered by Xi'an Kacise Optical Co., Ltd., is a cost-effective MEMS-based device specifically designed for measuring the angle between the measured surface and the horizontal plane. Embedded with an MCU control system, this sensor ensures temperature compensation throughout its operational temperature range (-45°C~+85°C). To enhance precision, the sensor undergoes two rounds of nonlinearity correction.

 

In the case of the dual-axis tilt sensor variant, the ROB100 employs a sophisticated calculation method based on the pitch and roll angles, as defined by the inertial navigation system.
