Utilizing the optical Sagnac effect, this inertial angle rate sensor measures the rotational angular velocity of the carrier along its sensitive axis. A digital closed-loop detection circuit is employed to extract the optical path difference caused by external physical angular speed in the clockwise direction. Through modulation and demodulation of the optical path signal voltage, the system achieves closed-loop feedback and control, enabling real-time detection of angular velocity signals.
