It incorporates advanced microelectromechanical system (MEMS) technology, which is crafted using a sophisticated bipolar metal oxide semiconductor (BIMOS) technology production process . The operational dynamics of the KS3ARG03D series are governed by the concept of a resonator gyro . At the heart of the sensor, two polysilicon sensitive structures are found.
