KTG123 Hydrogen Analyzer (Online Type) for Petrochemical Industry

 

Introduction

The KTG123 Hydrogen Analyzer is an online detection instrument for the hydrogen content in mixed gases. It is developed by our company through the combination of imported micro-flow thermal conductivity gas sensors and the latest microcomputer processing technology.

 

Application Areas

It is used for the non-explosion-proof online analysis of the hydrogen content in mixed gases in industries such as petrochemical, metallurgy, power, and air separation, or for the non-explosion-proof online analysis of the hydrogen content in the process of hydrogen production from ammonia decomposition.

 

Instrument Features

  • High-performance micro-flow thermal conductivity sensors are adopted, featuring a long service life, high sensitivity, and fast response speed.
  • Electronic flow control is applied, eliminating the problem of blockage.
  • It is equipped with a precision filter, which greatly extends the service life of the sensors.
  • It has a fully Chinese man-machine dialogue menu, making the operation intuitive and convenient.
  • With a 128×64 dot-matrix LCD display, it can simultaneously show parameters such as hydrogen content, flow rate, date, time, and the internal temperature of the instrument.
  • It has an automatic timed storage function, allowing users to view the stored data at any time.
  • The upper and lower limit control points can be set arbitrarily within the full measurement range.
  • The alarm points can be set arbitrarily within the full measurement range.
  • It is equipped with a standard RS232 or RS485 communication port, enabling two-way communication with a computer.
