The KGD - MQ - 504 on - line gas analysis system is designed for specific working conditions where the sample gas contains dust, moisture, and tar. It consists of three parts: a pretreatment unit, a control unit, and a gas analysis unit. Based on the non - dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology with independent intellectual property rights, it can simultaneously and continuously measure the calorific value of coal gas and biogas on - line, as well as the volume concentrations of gases such as CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and CₙHₘ, and calculate the calorific value.
