The DC1000 family consists of microprocessor - based controllers. They integrate high - performance functionality and reliability at an affordable price. Available in four form factors: 1/16 DIN, 1/8 DIN, 3/16 DIN, and 1/4 DIN. These controllers are well - suited for temperature regulation in diverse applications, including dryers, semiconductor packaging/testing, plastic processing, packaging machinery, painting and coating, as well as climatic chambers. The DC1000 family offers basic control functions along with advanced features like motor position control, phase angle power control, and setpoint programming.
Key Features
Easy to configure: There are two configuration levels (Basic and Advanced). A 4 - digit security code safeguards against unauthorized parameter changes. Parameters can be hidden to avoid mis - configuration.
Control algorithms: Provide multiple PID algorithms such as PID or ON/OFF control, Heat/Cool PID with 2 different PID sets, motor position control (with or without phase control), single - phase control (with or without zero crossover control), and three - phase control (with or without zero crossover control).
Dual display and Bargraph (for DC1030): Features two large 4 - digit displays and one 10 - bar graph display. Up to 8 LEDs show the status of different outputs (Control, Alarm, etc.), and it also indicates the Auto/Manual and Programmer states.
