Eight-Beam Underwater Obstacle Avoidance Sensor
Measurement Principle
The sensor operates on ultrasonic measurement principles. Ultrasonic signals emitted by the probe reflect off liquid or solid media and return to the same probe. Distance measurement is calculated by analyzing the time difference between signal emission and reception.

v: Temperature-compensated sound velocity (m/s)
t: Sound wave travel time (seconds)
Product Description
This multi-beam ultrasonic ranging device extends standard ultrasonic ranging through software-implemented round-robin testing. The system features multiple transmissions with single reception capability, enabling omnidirectional distance measurement for underwater obstacle avoidance applications. Data storage and Modbus protocol communication support both passive and active data upload modes.
