1. Non-contact measurement.

Hoisting Installation
Radar level sensors can measure liquids, slurries and solids. The radar level sensors has pressure and temperature resistance, and will not be affected by the measurement medium during measurement, and has high measurement accuracy. In terms of installation, if it can be used and installed correctly, it will have a good measurement effect and ensure accurate data.
For the installation of radar level sensor, we should pay attention to two points:
One is to ensure the vertical incident material level after aiming at the target material level, and the other is to avoid false echoes.So when installing, we suggest:
1. The radar level gauge should be installed at least 20CM away from the container wall, preferably about 1/6 of the container diameter. Do not install the radar level gauge above the water inlet pipe and in the center of the container, otherwise there will be many false echoes, which will interfere with normal signal reception.
2. If the radar level gauge cannot maintain an appropriate distance from the container wall due to the relatively small diameter of the container or other reasons, false echoes will appear on the container wall and the radar level gauge when the distance is small, so the debugging It is necessary to store false echoes in order to avoid errors in the future.
3. If the installation container is concave or conical, you need to pay attention to the installation. When using it, the radar beam of the radar level gauge reaches the lowest point of the bottom of the tank. If the liquid level is lower than this point, it cannot be measured. The purpose of adjusting the lowest point is to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data.
