The KTG111-W trace oxygen analyzer is applied to the on-line analysis of oxygen content in the building materials industry

 

Introduction

The trace oxygen analyzer is a new type of intelligent industrial on-line analyzer developed by combining the electrochemical detection principle, imported high-performance electrochemical sensors, and new microcomputer technology.

 

Application Areas

On-line analysis of oxygen content in nitrogen production from air separation, chemical processes, protective gases in high-temperature sintering furnaces for magnetic materials, protective gases in the electronics industry, and the glass and building materials industries.

 

Instrument Features

  • Selects imported fuel cell sensors, featuring long service life, high accuracy, and fast response.
  • Adopts electronic flow control, with no blockage issues. It has a fully Chinese man-machine dialogue menu, making operations intuitive and convenient.
  • Uses a 128×64 liquid crystal display, which can simultaneously show parameters such as oxygen content, flow rate, date, time, and the internal temperature of the instrument.
  • Has a timed automatic storage function, allowing users to view stored data at any time.
  • Alarm points can be set arbitrarily within the full measurement range. It is equipped with a standard RS232 or RS485 communication port, enabling two-way communication with a computer.
