Product Introduction
The KGD - ZS - 323 oxygen sensor is a planar concentration - difference (switch - type) oxygen sensor applied to motorcycles. The probe of this model is relatively small in size, making it suitable for motorcycles with small - to - medium displacements (200CC - 500CC). Its core component is a chip manufactured using the HTCC (High - Temperature Co - fired Ceramic) process. This product can measure whether the oxygen content in the exhaust gas after the engine combustion is excessive, that is, it tests the oxygen content in the tail gas and converts the oxygen content into an electrical signal and transmits it to the engine control unit, enabling the engine to achieve closed - loop control with the target of the excess air coefficient (λ = 1). It ensures good conversion efficiencies for three pollutants in the exhaust gas, namely hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO), and nitrogen oxides (NOx), to a large extent, transforms and purifies the emission pollutants, and can save fuel and improve fuel economy at the same time.
