Product Introduction

The On-line Coal Gas Analyzer KGD-MQ-516 employs non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology with independent intellectual property rights, long-life electrochemical sensing technology, and MEMS-based thermal conductivity technology. It can simultaneously measure the calorific values of coal gas and biogas online, as well as the volume concentrations of gases including CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and CₙHₘ.

Product Features
  • Simultaneous gas component and calorific value measurement: Measures volume concentrations of multi-component gases (CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, CₙHₘ) and automatically calculates and displays calorific values for coal gas and natural gas, replacing combustion-type calorific value meters.
  • High measurement accuracy: No cross-interference among measured gas components. CₙHₘ does not interfere with CH₄ measurements, and CO, CO₂, and CH₄ do not interfere with H₂ measurements. Minimal external influence with gas sampling flow changes having no impact on H₂ thermal conductivity sensor results.
  • Advanced automation: Equipped with professional pre-treatment solution, digital and analog output functions. High automation with low maintenance requirements enables real-time online monitoring without manual onsite operation, significantly reducing labor costs.
  • Stable performance: Constant-temperature sensor design eliminates ambient temperature effects on infrared sensors, ensuring long-term online operation. All gas-contact components use special heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant materials (stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene) for enhanced durability and extended service life.
