The On-line Coal Gas Analyzer KGD-MQ-521 is used for online measurement of gas volume concentration. This advanced analyzer adopts non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology with independent intellectual property rights, long-life electrochemical sensing technology, and MEMS-based thermal conductivity technology.

Simultaneous measurement: Measures gas components and calorific values simultaneously, including CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, and CₙHₘ, automatically calculating and displaying calorific values
High measurement accuracy: No cross-interference among multi-component gases; CₙHₘ has no interference on CH₄ measurement, and CO, CO₂, and CH₄ have no interference on H₂ measurement
Automated operation: Equipped with professional pre-treatment solution, digital and analog output functions, enabling real-time online monitoring without manual operation
