The KGD - WQ - 516 Transmissive Smoke Meter adopts a shunt - type technology to protect the optical system. It can measure the visible pollutants emitted by compression - ignition engines or vehicles equipped with compression - ignition engines. It complies with the national standard GB 3847 - 2018 "Limits and Measurement Methods for Emissions from Diesel - fueled Vehicles (Free - Acceleration Method and Load - Deceleration Method).
