KGD-WQ-524 Zero Gas Generator with 16L/min Flow Rate 6-Channel Output and 6-Year Service Life for Vehicle Exhaust Detection

The KGD-WQ-524 Zero Gas Generator is a supporting application device for vehicle emission gas analyzers in detection stations. It is used for zero-point adjustment and calibration of exhaust gas analyzers for gasoline and diesel vehicles, span calibration of oxygen sensors, and back-flushing of gas paths. This product is compatible with various analytical instruments for measuring vehicle exhaust using infrared, ultraviolet, and infrared plus converter furnace methods.

This generator complies with the requirements of zero-gas standard gas specified in national standards GB18285-2018, GB3847-2018, and HJ1237-2021, and can replace cylinder zero gas, greatly reducing the operating costs of detection stations.
