26GHz 4-20mA HART Radar Liquid Level Sensor with IP67/IP65 Protection for River and Lake Monitoring

This remarkable series of radar level meters has adopted the cutting-edge 26G high frequency radar sensor. The maximum measurement range is astonishingly capable of reaching up to a considerable distance of 80 meters. The antenna has undergone further optimized processing, ensuring enhanced performance and accuracy. The newly introduced fast microprocessors possess significantly higher speed and efficiency, enabling precise and rapid signal analysis. As a result, this advanced instrumentation can be effectively utilized in a wide range of challenging scenarios such as reactors, solid silos, and extremely complex measurement environments, providing reliable and accurate measurement data.

For instance, in a chemical reactor where the contents are constantly changing and the conditions are highly variable, this radar level meter can accurately monitor the liquid level. Similarly, in a solid silo storing granular materials with uneven distribution, it can still provide precise measurements. The complex measurement environment of a multi-component mixture in a production process also poses no challenge to this sophisticated instrumentation.

Radar level transmitter antenna microwave pulse is narrow, the downwardtransmission antenna.Microwave exposure to the medium surface is reflected back again by the antenna system receives,sends the signal to the electronic circuit automatically converted into level signals (because the microwave propagation speed, electromagnetic wave to reach the target and the reflected back to thereceiver this time is almost instantaneous).

Note:Make sure the radar level meter the highest level cannot enter the measuring blind area (Figure D shown below).

• Almost no corrosion occurs, and the bubble effect is negligible. It is almost not influenced by water vapor in the atmosphere, nor by changes in temperature and pressure.
• Even in a serious dust environment, the performance of the high-level meter is minimally affected.
• With a shorter wavelength, the reflection of the solid surface inclination is superior.
• The beam angle is small, ensuring the energy is concentrated. This characteristic can enhance the ability of echo and effectively avoid interference.
• The measuring range is relatively smaller, but for a specific measurement, it will yield excellent results.
• It has a high signal-to-noise ratio, enabling it to obtain better performance in the state of level fluctuation.
• The high frequency makes it the best choice for the measurement of solids and those with a low dielectric constant.
