Description
Ultrasonic level gauge is a sensor instrument controlled by microprocessor. It measures the position of liquid by the time from sending ultrasonic wave to receiving ultrasonic wave. It is a non-contact measurement with almost no restrictions on the medium. It can be widely used for measuring the height of liquid and solid materials.
KUM-A type ultrasonic level gauge is a small size, light weight, affordable, high reliability, high precision, convenient installation of non-contact cost-effective liquid level gauge. Using non-contact measurement, there is little requirement on the medium. The upper limit node and lower limit node can be set at will as well as the online output adjustment, optional analog quantity, RS485 output, generally used for sewage measurement, lake water level, acid and alkali level, river water level, chemical level, material level and other liquid and solid measurement.
Debug
Because the instrument installation environment is different. Therefore, the ultrasonic level meter must know the basic situation of the measuring environment before working, such as: measuring range, zero, full range and field conditions and so on. Therefore, the instrument must be set before measurement.
Field condition
In any of the following cases, note that:
Liquid/solid with foam
There are strong voltage, strong current and strong electromagnetic interference around, try to avoid high voltage, high current and strong electromagnetic interference
The wind was strong and the sun was blazing
Strong vibration
Volatile liquid and a lot of water vapor on the site
Crystalline liquid
Encounter the above field environment to carefully choose to use, the numerical accuracy of the measurement will decline, the data may be unstable, generally do not recommend the use of ultrasonic level gauge measurement.
