Meter does not display, does not work

The instrument has display, does not work

1. The level gauge is not aligned with the liquid level or material level
2. The liquid level fluctuates greatly
3. The material surface is extremely uneven
4. The liquid surface has a thicker foam layer
5. The bottom of the container is not flat after the liquid is emptied and the material is emptied
6. Out of measurement range

1. Adjust the alignment direction of the level gauge, and use a spirit level to calibrate and add a plastic tube to the container 
2. Use a level gauge with a larger range
3. Use a level gauge with a larger range or other measurement methods
4. Naturally resume work after adding liquid or material
5. Use a level gauge with a larger range

The instrument display is unstable or the measured value has a large deviation

1. The material level enters the blind spot
2. The distance measurement value is greater than the installation height

5. Switch to plastic flanges
6. Use rubber pads to isolate from metal

 

 

For the container with the installation port or the probe placed in the round pipe, the length of the flange connection of the 4m, 6m and 8m type level gauge container should be less than 400mm, and the length of the 12m level gauge container should be less than 400mm.
150mm, 15m, 20m, 30m level sensor probes should protrude from the installation port.
