KLD804 80G FM Radar Level Sensor

Introduction

80GHz FM continuous wave radar products support four-wire and two-wire applications. Multiple models, the maximum range of the product can reach 100 meters, and the blind area can reach 0.1 meters. Because its lens antenna is larger and its wavelength is shorter, it is especially suitable for the application of strong corrosive liquid, steam and foam. The working mode of transmitting and receiving electromagnetic waves through the lens has unique advantages in high dust and harsh temperature environment (+130 ℃). The instrument shall be fixed by flange or thread to make installation convenient and easy.

  • Strong corrosiveness
  • It has good penetration performance. For strong corrosion occasions, the front end of the antenna can be equipped with PTFE or PFA anti-corrosion sheath. And the maximum thickness of 30mm fluoroplastic can be added. It has good pressure resistance while anti-corrosion.
  • Foam products
  • It has good penetration performance. Therefore, it can penetrate the foam up to 1000mm for liquid level measurement. The terahertz frequency modulation radar level gauge can also measure the foam itself.
  • Launch angle
  • Radar wave emission angle <2°. Even in extremely complex installation environment, it can measure the material level stably and accurately.
