KLD802 80G FM Radar Level Sensor
Introduction
A radar level transmitter is a device used to measure the level of a liquid or bulk solid material within a vessel. It does this by calculating the time it takes for a pulsed radar signal to travel from the radar-level transmitter to the material’s surface and back again.
Two-wire 80 GHz FMCW Compact radar level transmitter for continuous level monitoring of liquids and slurries in ranges up to 100 meters with a zero blanking distance. 3° beam angle. Hermetically sealed PTFE enclosure and antenna. 4-20 mA output plus Bluetooth technology for configuration. Good for process temperatures to 110°C, pressures to 1.6MPa, and media with dielectric constant greater than 1.6.

Installation
Installation Requirements
When installing the instrument, avoid installing it above the material inlet, and try to avoid various objects that affect the signal, such as stirring paddles, etc.
Under extremely complex working conditions, the instrument can work normally if there is no obstacle in the area with a radius of 20cm centered on the installation point.

The maximum installation spool height H max depends on the installation spool diameter D and the size of the product launch angle.
Too long installation connection will affect the radar performance.
