1. General Introduction:
This series of radar level meter adopts 26G high frequency radar sensor. The maximum measurement range can be up to 80 meters. The newly developped microprocessor achieves much faster signal analysis and process, making sure that the unit can be used for the measurement of complicated environment such as reactor and solid silo.
2. Working Principle:
The radar antenna transmites narrow microwave pulse which will be reflected back when reaching the surface of the medium tested and then received again by the antenna system. The signals shall be transmitted to the electric circuit and then converted into level signals. As the transmission speed of microwave is so fast, the time used for the microwave transmission to the surface of the medium tested and then reflected back is almost 0.

3. Technical Features:
- Small antenna size, easy to install; non-contact radar, no wear, no pollution.
- Almost no corrosion, no bubble effect; almost not affected by steam in the atmosphere, temperature and pressure changes.
- Serious dust environment has little effect on the high level meter work.
- Shorter wavelength means better reflection for inclined solid surface.
- Small beam angle and concentrated energy enhances the echo ability and avoid interference.
- Small measurement blind area means accurate measurement also for small tanks.
- High signal-to-noise ratio means good performance also even under flucturation state.
- High frequency, which is the best choice for measurement of solid and low dielectric constant medium.
