Indicator Lights
Blue LED Light The blue light flashes to indicate that calibration can be performed. Blue constant light indicates normal power supply. The blue light flashes within 5 minutes after power-on, indicating output adjustment and calibration capability. After 5 minutes, constant blue light indicates calibration commands cannot be received.
Yellow LED Light Indicates whether the measured object is detected. During calibration, flashing yellow light indicates current calibration state is locked and can be switched to next state.
Red LED Light Normally off during operation. Red light indicates fault. During calibration, flashing red light indicates sensor has locked current echo loss or infinity state, allowing user to switch to next calibration state.

Important Connection Note
When M18 and M30 products have 4-20mA analog output, the meter connection method differs from 550/600 products. Since the output terminal of M18 and M30 products is powered by VDD (as shown in Figure 1), the meter should be connected between the power supply port and output terminal. The connection instruction diagram is shown in Figure 2.
