Utilizing micromechanoelectronic system (MEMS) technology chips manufactured through the bipolar metal oxide semiconductor (BIMOS) production process and employing spherical grid arrangement of current carrier welding technology, this sensor ensures high reliability and package ruggedness. Featuring a Self-Test function for in-machine detection (BIT), zero bias calibration, temperature drift compensation, wide measurement range, wide bandwidth, non-linear correction, and more, it stands out with its wide operating temperature range, compact size, light weight, and high impact acceleration resistance.
