The KS3ARG-02D series is a solid-state angular rate sensor (gyro) meticulously designed for measuring angular rates. Employing micromechanoelectronic system (MEMS) technology chips, it utilizes a bipolar metal oxide semiconductor (BIMOS) production process and features a spherical grid arrangement of current carrier welding technology. Boasting high reliability and package ruggedness, along with a Self-Test function for in-machine detection (BIT), this product also incorporates zero bias calibration, temperature drift compensation, a wide measurement range, wide bandwidth, non-linear correction, and other advanced functionalities. Its characteristics include a wide operating temperature range, small size, light weight, and high resistance to impact acceleration.
