Product Description:

KS3ARG-02D series solid state angular rate sensor (gyro), used to measure angular rate. It uses micromechanoelectronic system (MEMS) technology chips, which are manufactured using bipolar metal oxide semiconductor (BIMOS) technology production process and spherical grid arrangement of current carrier welding technology. With high reliability and high package ruggedness, and with Self-Test (self-test) function, it can achieve in-machine detection (BIT). In addition, the product also has zero bias calibration, temperature drift compensation, wide measurement range, wide bandwidth, non-linear correction and other functions, wide operating temperature range, small size, light weight, high impact acceleration resistance.

As an inertial measurement component, this product can be widely used in intelligent automobile, geological exploration, robot, missile guidance and control, aircraft stability control, strapdown inertial navigation, antenna stability, camera and other technical fields.
