1.Introduction

Ultrasonic transducers are indispensable devices in modern science and technology and are widely used in various fields. The working principle of ultrasonic transducers is based on the piezoelectric effect or magnetostrictive effect:

  • Piezoelectric effect: Piezoelectric materials (such as piezoelectric ceramics, quartz, etc.) will undergo mechanical deformation when voltage is applied, and conversely, they will generate electric charge when subjected to mechanical pressure.
