This inertial angle rate sensor utilizes the optical Sagnac effect to measure rotational angular velocity along its sensitive axis. It employs a digital closed-loop detection circuit to extract optical path differences caused by external angular speed, modulating and demodulating voltage signals to achieve real-time angular velocity detection.

Comprising an optical angular velocity sensitive unit and signal detection components, this product provides uniaxial angle increment data and internal temperature information.
