This inertial angle rate sensor utilizes the optical Sagnac effect to measure rotational angular velocity along its sensitive axis. It features a digital closed-loop detection circuit that extracts optical path differences caused by external angular speed, with voltage signal modulation and demodulation for real-time angular velocity detection.
